Dans Circuit Training

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build strength and endurance for sporting activity or everyday life, circuit training is the most time efficient way to reach your fitness goals. Every session differs, making it easy to maintain interest, but a typical one might intersperse intense but brief periods of bodyweight exercises, such as press ups or squats, with intervals of easy running for recovery. All exercises are adaptable to make them easier or harder, making it easy and safe for people of very different fitness levels to exercise together. If you want to burn off the Christmas pounds, get ready for the new year, and end the week feeling energised, why not give it a go?

Fridays, 7-8pm, Messing Village Hall, £30 for a set of 10 sessions. Contact Dan Todman, dantodman@mac.com or call 0781 302 9807 for more information and to register interest.

About me: I am an exercise enthusiast rather than a fitness freak. I have no formal qualifications in sports coaching, but over 15 years of circuit training for a variety of sports I have built up a lot of experience and knowledge which I'd like to deploy to help others and motivate myself. As part of my work, I do a lot of teaching and am CRB checked. I'd like to run this as a welcoming, democratic club that meets a need identified by the hall questionnaire, rather than a class. All proceeds will go to hall hire, equipment purchase and to Messing village hall itself in that order. Please get in touch if you want to find out more.
